What we collect

SetupRide collects minimal data to function:

Beta signup: Your email address (via Loops.so) to send TestFlight invitations. We do not share your email with third parties.
Analytics: Anonymous usage events (e.g. which calculators are used) via PostHog. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Crash reports: Anonymous crash data via Sentry to fix bugs.

What stays on your device

All your bike data, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your bike configurations, weight, or calculation results.

Location

If you grant permission, SetupRide uses your approximate location solely to fetch local weather data for tire pressure adjustments. Location data is not stored or transmitted to our servers.

Third-party services

Loops.so — email delivery for beta invitations
PostHog — anonymous product analytics
Sentry — crash reporting
Open-Meteo — weather data (no API key, no user tracking)
RevenueCat — in-app purchase management (not active during beta)

Data deletion

To remove your email from our beta list, reply to any SetupRide email with "unsubscribe" or contact us. To delete all app data, simply uninstall SetupRide from your device.
