SetupRide is designed to keep your bike setup data on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not sell personal data.
The app stores your bike profiles, presets, rider inputs, and setup calculations locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this setup data.
If you enable weather-based pressure adjustments, SetupRide asks for foreground location permission to get your current latitude and longitude. Those coordinates are used to request the current temperature from Open-Meteo so the app can estimate tire pressure changes.
SetupRide does not use background location tracking. Location is requested only for the weather feature.
SetupRide uses Sentry for crash and error diagnostics. Diagnostic reports help us fix bugs and may include technical details such as app version, device model, operating system version, error stack traces, and related app state. Sentry is configured not to send default personally identifiable information.
To delete local app data, uninstall SetupRide from your device. You can also contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests related to support communications.
